Bill is a New York State Licensed Land Surveyor and partner at Rogers Surveying, PLLC. Rogers is a fourth-generation land surveying firm serving New York and New Jersey since 1946, and the firm provides land and hydrographic surveying services for residential, commercial, industrial, bi-state, municipal, state, and federal clients.

Their services support development, design, and regulatory filings and include hydrographic surveying; ALTA/title (boundary) surveys; aerial mapping; construction layout; topographic mapping; FEMA elevation certificates; subdivisions; GPS control surveys; flood and wetland mapping; multibeam and side-scan sonar surveys; and static 3D scanning for precise interior and exterior mapping.

In 2017, Rogers partnered with Calvanico Architectural Associates to form Rogers Calvanico Group, PLLC (RCG), offering integrated architectural, civil, and mechanical engineering services, including sprinkler design, sewer and water main design and filings, and roadway and grading plans.

Bill and Rogers have been active in the community as members of the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation (SIEDC) since 2006, a board member of the Building Industry Association of New York City (BIANYC), and a trustee of the Staten Island Children’s Museum. Supporting local Staten Island nonprofits and charities remains one of their most important commitments.
