Erik began his career with New York Life in July 2018. Prior to joining New York Life, he was a business owner and spent over a decade in the nonprofit sector, serving as Recruiting Director for the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation (SIEDC) and Director of Job Development for United Activities. An active member of the Staten Island community, Erik also served on the Board of Directors for the Atlas Foundation, led by Teddy Atlas.

Since joining New York Life in 2018, Erik has been named a first-year Executive Council Agent and entered the NYL Fast Track to Management program in 2020. Over the next four years, he advanced to Leading Partner, finishing #10 in the country in 2023 and earning recognition as Partner of the Year for the New Jersey General Office. In September 2024, Erik was promoted to Senior Partner, widely regarded as one of the most challenging promotions within the organization.

Currently, Erik leads one of the largest management teams in the country, having promoted six agents into management roles, including five Partners and one Development Manager. He is now an Executive Partner with New York Life and has made company history by achieving a double promotion within the same year.

Outside of his professional achievements, Erik values time with his family above all else, including his wife Lauren and their three sons, Erik, Nicky, and Sonny.
