Erik began his career with New York Life in July 2018. Prior to joining New York Life, he was a business owner and spent over a decade in the nonprofit sector, serving as Recruiting Director for the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation (SIEDC) and Director of Job Development for United Activities. An active member of the Staten Island community, Erik also served on the Board of Directors for the Atlas Foundation, led by Teddy Atlas.

Currently, Erik leads one of the largest management teams in the country, having promoted six agents into management roles, including five Partners and one Development Manager. He is now an Executive Partner with New York Life and made company history by achieving a double promotion within the same year.
